2. New SOLAS Regulation (SOLAS II-1/3-13) – Effective 1 January 2026
The new SOLAS regulation applies to lifting appliances with a Safe Working Load (SWL) below 1,000 kg and permanently installed lifting equipment.
To support vessel owners and operators in meeting these new compliance requirements, MTC will provide:
